Rock Paper Shotgun Makes the Case for Reviving Assassin’s Creed’s Social Stealth Multiplayer

Rock Paper Shotgun argued on March 17, 2025, that it is a particularly apt time to revive Assassin’s Creed’s social stealth multiplayer. The piece’s headline identifies the feature as an older multiplayer mode in the series.

A case for a comeback

The argument concerns bringing that social stealth experience back, rather than announcing a confirmed revival. The available information does not establish which game or multiplayer features the piece discusses, or whether Ubisoft has plans to act on the suggestion.
