Here are WWE Raw Results for March 7, 2022.

  • New Champion [Randy Orton & Matt Riddle] defeated [Chad Gable & Otis] and [Seth Rollins & Kevin Owens] in a Triple Threat match and win the Raw Tag Team Titles.
  • Tommaso Ciampa and [NXT Champion] Bron Breakker defeated [Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode]
  • Omos defeated Apollo Crews
  • Dana Brooke defeated Tamina and retain the WWE 24/7 Championship Title.
  • [Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan] defeated WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions [Carmella and Queen Zelina] in a non-title match and earn a spot in the tag title match at WrestleMania Event.
  • U.S. Champion Finn Balor [Fergal Devitt] defeated Austin Theory by Disqualification in a non-title match.

1. {Alpha Academy} [Chad Gable and Otis] vs. {RK-Bro} [Randy Orton and Matt Riddle] vs. [Seth Rollins and Kevin Owens] in a Triple Threat Match for the Raw Tag Titles

Corey Graves explained that one member of each team was allowed in the match at a time and said they could only tag in their partners. Seth Rollins performed a suicide dive onto Chad Gable and Matt Riddle’s ringside. Seth Rollins rolled Gable back inside the ring and Kevin Owens performed a Swanton hit onto Chad Gable for a near fall. [C]

Otis dominated Matt Riddle while Rollins was down at ringside coming out of the break. Otis performed a running splash move and had Matt Riddle pinned but he opted to pick him up rather than take the three count. Randy Orton eventually took a hot tag and had a big flurry of offense. Randy Orton and Matt Riddle picked up Otis and slammed him onto the broadcast table, but it shockingly did not break. [C] Chad Gable performed a moonsault hit on Matt Riddle and had him pinned but Rollins broke it up. Kevin Owens and Rollins set up for a double superplex but Otis returned to the ring and turned it into a tower of doom spot by slamming all three men to the mat including his own partner. The both teams fought heading into yet another break. [C] Highlights aired of Kevin Owens performing a swanton hit from the top rope onto three opponents who were standing at ringside area. Seth Rollins put Matt Riddle down in the ring and then started staring at the WrestleMania Event sign. Seth Rollins went for a discus punch but Matt Riddle caught him in a triangle submission hold move. Chad Gable flew into the picture and broke it up with a headbutt hit.

Chad Gable performed a series of suplexes on various opponent and then played to the crowd for heat. Chad Gable suplexed Matt Riddle again and then went up top and went for a moonsault hit but Randy Orton stepped in and hit him with a Finisher RKO on the way down. Kevin Owens superkicked Orton. Kevin Owens and Rollins superkicked Otis seperately, then hit him with a double superplex. They followed up with a buckle bomb, Stunner, and a Stomp on Chad Gable, but Matt Riddle snuck in and stole the pin.

2. Dana Brooke [with Reggie] vs. Tamina [with Akira Tozawa] for the WWE 24/7 Championship Title

Dana Brooke beat Tamina and retain the WWE 24/7 Championship.

3. Tommaso Ciampa and NXT Champion [Bron Breakker] vs. Dolph Ziggler and Robert Roode

Bron Breakker started the match and performed a delayed vertical suplex on Roode. Dolph Ziggler ran over and tried to take a cheap shot hit at Breakker who avoided it by dropping to the floor and then pulled Ciampa to ringside with him. Bron Breakker went for a spear but Dolph Ziggler caught him with a knee hit to the head. Bron Breakker shook it off and clotheslined hit him then Breakker pressed Ziggler over his head but put him down when he was distracted by Robert Roode.

Dolph Ziggler rolled up a distracted Breakker and held the tights while getting a two count. Bron Breakker charged Ziggler who moved, causing Breakker to crash into the corner. Dolph Ziggler performed the Zigzag hits on Breakker and went for the pin but Tommaso Ciampa broke it up. Robert Roode ran in and then Ciampa took him out. Dolph Ziggler went for a superkick move but Bron Breakker stuffed it and then press slammed hit onto Ziggler and pinned him out.

4. Omos vs. Apollo Crews [with Commander Azeez]

Omos told Azeez that he’s next and Apollo Crews dropkicked to Omos, who then quickly took offensive control while also taking time to glare at Azeez. Jimmy Smith noted that Azeez looked unsure of himself. Apollo Crews rallied with an enzuigiri hit but Omos put him down with his usual finisher move and hit scored the pin.

5. [WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions] [Queen Zelina and Carmella] vs. [Liv Morgan and Rhea Ripley] for a non-title match

[Rhea Ripley and Liv Morgan] defeated WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions [Carmella and Queen Zelina] in a non-title match and earn a spot in the tag title match at WrestleMania Event.

6. Austin Theory vs. U.S. Champion Finn Balor [Fergal Devitt] in a non-title match:

Austin Theory pulled Balor to ringside and slammed his head onto the apron area. Austin Theory set up for his finisher move but Balor slipped away Finn Balor put Austin Theory down with a sling blade clothesline hits and returned to the ring area. [C]

after the commercial breaks, Austin Theory went for his AT finisher again but Finn Balor once again slipped out Balor ended up performing a dropkick hit in the corner and then went up top for the finisher move Coup De Grace but suddenly Damian Priest appeared on the apron and attacked at Balor for the Disqualification.

United States Champion Finn Balor [Fergal Devitt] defeated Austin Theory by Disqualification in a non-title match.

After the match Disqualify by the Referee, Damain Priest continued to attack Balor and put him down with a crucifix slam hit

WWE Talks: Kevin Owens made his entrance. Corey Graves hyped that Kevin Owens had a plan for his path to WrestleMania that he would Talk about. Kevin Owens stood in the ringside and said he doesn’t have a match at WrestleMania Event. Kevin Owens said he can accept that now because he thinks he found a way to get there but it hinged on the challenge he was about to issue Kevin Owens said he wanted to have the biggest KO Show in history at WrestleMania Event.

Kevin Owens said nothing would make him happier than to beat the hell out of this guest in his own home state. Kevin Owens said he wanted to give the guest a Stunner and then pour a warm milk over his fallen body. Kevin Owens said he knew the person was watching but he didn’t think he would have the balls to show up. Kevin Owens said he was calling out “Stone Cold” Steve Austin. Kevin Owens dropped the mic and his music played.

Corey Graves said it’s been 19 years and questioned whether Steve Austin would even respond to Kevin Owens. Corey Graves said it was unlikely then said maybe Austin’s entrance theme played. A graphic listed The KO Show with “Stone Cold” Steve Austin as a guest for WrestleMania Event Saturday along with a question mark?
